Cancellation policy

Individual participant

If you are unable to attend the event, please cancel at least 3 weeks in advance.
No costs will be incurred if the specified deadline is met; otherwise, the following charges will apply:
Up to 21 days before the event starts: 0%
Within 20 to 14 days before the start of the event: 50%
Within 13 to 7 days before the start of the event: 70%
In case of cancellation within 7 days before the start of the event and failure to cancel (with the exception of (In cases of force majeure) 100%

Corporate customers

It is possible to nominate substitutes at any time.

The cancellation of the contract by the organizer/renter must be made in writing by mail or fax. The date of receipt by Patrick Winter is decisive, and the customer bears the burden of proof for this timeliness.

IMPORTANT: In case of cancellation due to weather conditions, you will be rebooked free of charge for an alternative date!
